  • To maintain a high pass rate for vocational examinations.

  • To offer students as much information on auditions, competitions and performing opportunities as possible.

  • To achieve respect and a fair sense of discipline and politeness.

  • To promote and encourage cultural diversity, inclusivity and equality in ballet training. With equal opportunity to make the most of their talent irrespective of background.

  • To enable students who wish to consider a career in ballet or dance to be adequately prepared and guided for such a career.

  • To understand and be aware that not all students will not go on to dance professionally. Our aim is to nurture the joy and passion for movement and the love of performance and theatre.
