TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CHILDRENS CLASSES

• Any child wishing to be considered for ballet exams should be attending two for more ballet classes at RBS&PA.

• All of the additional chlid's classes in the same genre are half price - will apply the discount to the lowest marked price.

• Fees must be paid at the beginning of each term. (An arrangement of payments can be made in two instalments - For students taking 4 for more classes a week.)

• Notice of six weeks must be given if leaving the school, in order to terminate this agreement. Fees will still be due even if the student is unable to attend class until the completion of the notice period. Fees will not be refunded if a student decides to leave during the course of the term, unless a student has to leave for medical purposes (a Doctor’s letter will be required in these circumstances).

• For the safety of other children please do not photograph or film during classes. You will have the opportunity on our open day to take photos of your child. 

 

ADULT CLASSES

• PAY BY TERM at £8.00 per 1hr class (discount rate) for ballet. £11.50 per 1hr 30mins class (discount rate) for Advanced classes.

• PAY AS YOU DANCE at £10.50 per 1hr adult ballet class. £16.00 for our 1hr 30mins Friday Intermediate, advanced ballet classes and 1hr adult ballet including pointe or repertoire. £5.50 Pointe -work class. (Subject to an available place within the class on a first come first served basis).

• CATCH-UP-CLASS If a student misses a class. Then they may use another class to make up for the missed class. (Catch up students take priority over free trial class students in availability) Advanced class : There is a supplement to be made of £3.50. The catch up class must be taken within the term.

• Payments can be made in two instalments - For students taking 4 for more classes a week. These must be booked and arranged at the beginning of the term.

• Buy one class and get additional classes in the same genre half price will apply the discount to the lowest marked price.

 

FEES -TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Fees are paid per term in advance.

• There is a discount for those that give the fees in by the pay by date. This is 14 days after the invoice date for new students or the first day back of a new term.

• There are no enrolment or registration fees required.

• There is a £7.50 bounced cheque Charge.

• We are unable to refund fees for missed lessons.

• Buy one class and get additional classes in the same genre half price will apply the discount to the lowest marked price.

• Late payment fee, 10% of the bill per calendar month (Does not apply if P.A.Y.G) This charge will start at the end of the unpaid term.

• If you are paying by cash please bring this in an envelope with your name and amount on it.

 

TAKE FOUR OR MORE CLASSES (£10 Voucher) - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Take 4 or more classes with RBS&PA (this excludes Private Lessons) and receive a £10.00 Rochelle Dancewear Shop Voucher. Classes must be booked at the beginning of the term to receive the voucher. The voucher must be spent during the term that it was received in. It can only be used one time in relation to one transaction and it has no cash or refund value. We will not accept verbal payment, we must receive the voucher in order to use it. The end of term expiry date will be on the voucher. The Voucher must be claimed before the first half of the term, please contact the school office to claim the voucher.

 

FREE TRIAL CLASS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. Each Person is entitled to one free trial class ONLY at RBS&PA of their choice within their age group or ability. This is subject to:

• a. Availability in the class (Due to PAYG we do not know availability until the start of the class time) and that you have not attended any other free trial.

• b. The place has been booked through the School office by telephone or email and must take place within one week.

• c. If you cannot take part, due to illness, another free class may be arranged at our discretion.

• 2. This offer excludes Private Classes.

• 3. RBS&PA must have sufficient contact, identification and health details to assume responsibility during the class.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Credit or refunds will not be given for missed classes due to illness, school holidays or personal commitments.

• School holidays and snow/bad weather days are determined by hall hire Portchester Community School and Warblington School. When they are closed, we are closed. Please check the website for class cancellation on bad weather days.

• There are no refunds given for bad weather class cancellation. All children's classes - A credit is passed over to the next term invoice. If a student doesn't continue the following term the student is welcome to make up the classes in another class at RBS&PA appropriate for the student, please inform the teacher that it is a catch up class, due to the bad weather cancellation day. For all adult classes - Please use one of our many adult classes to catch up in. There will be no Credit passed over to the next terms invoice unless you inform the office that you are unable to take a catch up class.

• If a very young student is not ready to participate in a class after several visits, a refund of tuitions fees will be given at the discretion of RBS&PA

• When a student sustains an injury that does not permit them to participate over an extended period of time a credit will be issued, once the doctor's note has been given into RBS&PA.
