Here are a few recommendations for Children's ballet class.

  • Please ensure that all pupils visit the toilet prior to the start of the class.

  • Please do not bring your child if they are unwell or injured. Open wounds should be covered with a suitable plaster.

  • Please inform the teacher of any previous injury.

  • In the interest of health and safety no jewellery will be allowed during class except where medical or religious reasons exist.

  • No food or drink to be taken into the class.

  • Please ensure all children wear the uniform. Cardigans must be tied, so they are easily removed. All items of the uniform must have the child's name securely in place.

  • Hair must be tied back and if possible in a bun.

  • Parents must collect pupils as they exit the ballet classroom. All young students must wait in the classroom if a parent has not arrived.

  • Children are not permitted to go on to the school premises other than the changing area and the allocated halls.

  • Four weeks notice is required in writing if the pupil is leaving or taking a break.
